American Gladiators is coming on NBC right now

No, it still may be cancelled, but for NBC, about 5 million people watch is weekly, which isnt bad for this type of show.  Yes, it isnt high numbers, but it you look at network television right now, the cost of this show isnt as expensive as others.  Look for a Season 3.

A show is not based on how little it costs to produce.  What matters is how much it will make in advertising dollars right now.  And unless there number go up and demographics are there to generate the ad dollars it will be gone.

Denmark had the Danish Gladiators in 2003, featuring names like Athene, Cobra, Medusa, Nikita, Trixy, Ninja, Hector, Matrix, Rex, Scorpio, Taurus.

Germany has the German Gladiators in 1995, featuring names like Flash, Giant, Power.

Russian Gladiators (who competed in the International Series) had names like Astra, Baghera, Lynx, Comet, Colossus, Dynamite, Goliath, Spider and Viking.

Swedish Gladiators include Amber, Diva, Elektra, Embla, Etha, Furia, Atilla, Hero, Izor, Loke, Plexus, Python, Raptor, Tamook, and Zeke.

Finland had their Gladiators including Barbi, Safirri, Skorpioni, Timanite, Hurrikani, Barbarri, Lalli, Vikkinni, Torpedo, Retu, and Mohikanni.

Nigeria had their Gladiators including Breeze, Razor, Jaguar, Terminator, Falcon, Bulldozer, Hippo, Hotdog, Titanic and T-Rex.

And South Africa has their Gladiators including Ivory, Delilah, Diamond, Fire, Force, Fox, Gazelle, Gold, Jazz, Lightning, Nightshade, Quartz, Sahara, Shadow, Sheena, Impi, Jackal, Rhino, Samson, Wildebeest, Turk, Warrior, Sting, and Shaka.

And many of the countries Gladiators had the same names sometimes, which I didnt feel like putting down.
