"Cinderella Story" With Marika Johanssen and Dorian Yates....is really good. Unlike 95% of most BB dvd's its actually entertaining and its presented in more of a "slice of life" style then just a monotonous, round the clock, Mits style.

Nasser has the worst vids ever made. He can barely speak properly and is coughing  most of the time. You need subtitles to make sense of his mumbling. 3/4th of the video is not even about training. When he does train he uses weights that an average trainer would use. You can see people in the background pointing and laughing at him. The videos are poorly edited and have NO advice for anyone interested in serious training. No inspiration-unless you're part of the Nasser love brigade like Sharma.

Go with Coleman if you want inspiration to lift heavy. Nasser lifts baby weights while wheezing like a dying camel.
