here is a guy who is familiar with what i ate ... that is on a open day or if i am very hungry ... even after that i can still eat ... however ... lentil is a vegetable and i never count protein from plant cause no athlete can make use of it for building muscle ... very weak amino acid profile for humans ... so just count the chicken
