All flames aside, credit is due to the guy for making a really good transformation. The vast difference in his before and after pics is to be commended. Great weight loss, and if he keeps consistent and working hard I am sure he will continue to improve. Everyone picks on him, hes a pretty good sport about it imo, Candi's cool by me always has been...even though that old bike pic is not too hot at all

Last pic he posted, a side shot, he looked significantly lighter - looked a whole different person. Not in peak bodybuilding condition by any means - but not fat whatsoever.
