If I remember correctly, Milos' is only training people when he has time......some people are better off going to a trainer that can devote more time to them.

There is a vast amount of literature re muscle physiology. Most people here couldn't comprehend it and so need someone to relate that science to them.

What is the test of truth re the things talked about here? How is anyone going to assess the knowledge of those arguing about theories?

I mean, is the test whether Goatboy buys what is posted?

The bottom line is whether the theories deliver growth. Add drugs to the mix and the result is total confusion.

I get where your coming from, but I know a few high level collegiate strength coaches, and they all respect Joe. He knows his shit.

Your right though, its apples and oranges. Milos is obv very smart.

I would be lying if I said I knew was was going on ( with Milos and Joe), anyway  ;)

to tell you the truth, i don't even know what these two girls are arguing about.

is milos pimping his pink dumbells training, while the coach says its bs?  are they disagreeing on nutrition?  is the coach calling milos an idiot?  joe won't give up his client list, but i think he's mentioned he trains some pro athletes , but more for performance rather than aesthetics.  and milos trains only bodybuilders.  let's say joe's training a marathon runner.  of course he's gonna tell him to eat 4000 calories of carbs a day and not weightlift, while milos might tell his guys to eat zero and do pink dumbell workouts.  both work for different people and different goals.
