-I had better color than arnold

Bwahahaha....they were 20.5 last week on chest day, at a BF of 25-30%.


I dont claim to be in shape right now, but I am still carrying size.

When I was in shape-in the 12% BF range- they were 19 fully pumped (drug free), 18 cold.

But, like JV said, I am harder and more cut, color and finish.

I was at my lifetime best at 21(Good regional bb), Arnold was best in the world at 21.

But, you don't admit that Arnold at 19was light years away from his alltime best?
