Ya, it's rocket from the truce thread, taken about 2 years ago and used on his avatar until i embarassed him into getting another shot. I told Squad after i planted it a year ago but some of the idiots here have taken until now to figure out it ain't me hahah

Not quite all of it.........but, that's bodybuilding and I have no part of it anymore exept for being on here. BTW, Kitchen isn't "ghetto" anymore as you put it..................and neither is my back yard 8)

No, I still train hard, just changed protocol. Since we're in the strength period of our training for football, I just train with my athletes. 2 days in the gym 1 day strength in the field in the way of strongman training (kegs, sledgehammers, sled pulling, farmers walks, towel pullups etc,etc) 2 days GPP and conditioning.
