No, I still train hard, just changed protocol. Since we're in the strength period of our training for football, I just train with my athletes. 2 days in the gym 1 day strength in the field in the way of strongman training (kegs, sledgehammers, sled pulling, farmers walks, towel pullups etc,etc) 2 days GPP and conditioning.
