I knew someone that was prepping for a comp who used to take a handful of M and M's, chew them and spit them out justifying he was doing nothing wrong because he wasn't swallowing them.

Gayer than me waking up at 4 in the morning to down splenda packets and chew sugar free gum for 3 hours justifying that if i chewed it for 3 hours it would burn the calories that i took in.
