If you add any new chemical to your body it will react with other chemicals in your body. This will result in some sort of side effects.

The question is how serious is the side effect.

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Thanks for posting the obvious, you beat me to it. There is zero evidence that steroids cause any type of cancer. I am so sick of misinformation going around. There are more myths about steroids now than ever and sadly some supposedly intelligent people still believe this crap.


testosterone doesnt cause prostate problems, dihydrotestosterone causes prostate problems. After age 30 more test gets gets converted to dihydrotest....hence problems

That is debatable.  I've heard estrogens play a big role.

That's my understanding. 

I've even heard of DHT therapy for prostate problems.  I haven't done much reading on the subject, but I thought the recent trend was looking more at estrogens.
