Houston and Dallas bring down the average.  Fewer Hispanics (as compared to San Antonio and the Valley), and more professionals and transplants from the north and west coast.

houston has fewer hispanics, but WAY more blacks.

i SHOCKED texas is 10th. that means 9 other states are even fatter haha.
speaking from experience, from san antonio south to brownsville around 70% of people over 30 are overweight. nowdays id say even something like 20-30% of KIDS are fat. among hispanic communities id say with complete honesty that among women over 30, a full 95% are fat. dead serious. but they are brutally good cooks though.

yes! I was in El Paso and every spanish woman was fat and had at least 3 children following them

downtown was just one big Mexican flea market
