LOL. Regular thread taking the typical Getbig turn. I don't much care for the dude's -uh - 'fashion' shots, but I certainly wouldn't want to tangle with him. Probably wouldn't even see the KO shot coming.

Stick with the quads and glutes this time around IMO.  Are you pinning so often you need to use the smaller groups?
