Dickerson, Zane, Gaspari all won with great conditioning.
gaspari had unreal conditioning but he was not pleasing to the eye

whereas labrada had conditioning and was very aesthetic. IMHO

They both have good supplement lines these days in my opinion.  Gaspari seems to be a bit more aggresive with the marketing but both quality companies nonetheless.  Lol.

To actually answer the question...id say Labrada.

Too bad both styles wouldn't stand a chance on the pro stage today.

I agree late 1980s was the last of the builds that I wanted to look like.

Ya I'm not the type to complain about how competitive bodybuilding has taken a turn for the worse...I simply quit following it.

I was in highschool when I started working out and Lee Haney was winning his last Olympia.  I can remember in magazines reading what type physique should be winning.  The Gaspari/Labrada look or the Haney/Yates look.  Look at it now.  Pretty crazy.

Speaking of these guys and supplements...Lee Haney has a supplement line too.  I've have never even seen them sold in any retail locations.  Maybe its a regional thing but he's been in business for a while.  Yates has a line as well.

Gaspari seems to be winning that battle though.
