What the hell are you talking about Power Rod?  He looked fantastic at show time.  Especially considering it was his first show.  I know you're and expert and all with all the shows you have done and shows you have prepared others for  ::) but don't be saying shit that isn't true.  He looked great that day.  :)

I just grabbed a random page outta my log to show basically what i was doing (lol did not know it was to be scrutinized!)
i was brain -dead thru out my prep (I'm sure there are some mistakes!)
what mattered is what i looked like on show day (and at that... my FIRST show lol/not the 2nd one)
i was sliced/peeled and freaky shredded (thnx again Larry!)

hmm, have never done that.  that would mean that rice increases 3 times in size from being cooked.

not only does it increase in size, but decreases in calories.
