Do you ever see Andreas Cahling or Garrett Downing at your gym??? I have not seen either of those guys in years....... Cahling had stopped weight training last time I saw him and was doing yoga, at what looked like 160# max. Big difference from when he was 220# and shredded wheat.

You ever see either of them>>> at the gym or in town?

Downing is in San Diego.  He doesn't go up to San Marcos

a 25yo kid living accross the street who had a hard time recently.

10-15hrs a week. I give him a list of "tasks" for the week and he takes care of most nuisance I don't wanna bother with and instead work longer hours and make more money, train harder.

Costco runs, oil changes, spotter & re-racker for weight training sessions, airport runs, yard shit, dealing with contractors etc... posting on getbig for me.

I've worked 60hrs this weeks and not even tired or feeling overwhelmed and raking the cash in.

I also make him feel better and it gives him a great role model.

How much are you paying him? He like a PA, gardener, gym buddy, sex slave, butler, all at the same time
