Jay is pretty damn wide, he's got some cannonball delts. There's a lot of pretty big guys in Golds Venice, but when Jay has been in there working out he makes every one of them look like children.

Jay kills wolf on thickness (just look at teh legs and calves

)------when Jay is in real condition this will be even more apparent, dont get me wrong Im a Wolf fan---I just think people are writing Jay off since he hasnt brought size and serious conditioning in awhile.

When he does people will remember why they used to be all hyped over Jay like they are about Wolf now.

If Jay comes in 100% he will blow people away, especially since they have a short memory.
