Then you haven't been around long enough.
If you would interact with him on the boards, the guy could be an outright prick at times, thinking just because he was a "pro" we should worship him.

He may be a great guy in real life but he came across on web forums about as badly as anyone ever has, ever. Abused mod powers appallingly, patronized, deleted stuff he didn't like, bullied and harassed people..He was extremely, unjustifiably, arrogant.
There was something not so sad about seeing him shrink down to nothing and prove his declarations that he could 'never get below 230' to be utter bullshit. Of course, he ran away after this...so even he must have realized that he'd used up his 'warmth and affection of strangers' credits. Not to mention made a fool of himself.

In the interview with Bob Chick, he says in 1 year of lifting he went from 190 to 248

TP used to badmouth Mentzer and talk about how much better his genetics were than MM.  Apparently he has much bigger wrists than Mike and was able to carry much more muscle on his frame than Mentzer.  It's funny how he was shitting all over Mike several years ago while Mike was down and out (and his career was still alive).  Seeing these recent pics of him should be quite humbling.  Karma is a real bitch.

So? Who didn't like to take a good shit on Mentzer every now and then. The guy was a popular human commode for a lot of people, and he brought it on himself.
And so Prince is an asshole. Well you would have to be to survive on the boards if you're a pro, the nice humble pro bodybuilders who don't need to put others down have a tendency not to last very long.
I mean there's a reason why a guy like Serge Nubret is still around dispensing his worldly wisdom at BB.com "to his followers" (his words) while other pros have long since disappeared.

Anyway I wish Tom all the best because even the insecure assholes need some kindness sent their way every now then.  ;)

Ask anyone who knows or knew Prince in real life and they will tell you he was and is a piece of shit.  They didn't call him the Prince of Darkness for nothing.  Nubain is a hell of a drug
