To answer your question i don't think the feel is much different...years ago Silicone was the way to go so that's what they used. Then it was all about Saline so that was the popular one.
The difference in feeling could be from the way it was done...either on top of the muscle (much firmer) or under the muscle (more natural).

I have had my countless hours of fun with the natural funbags and I am quite the fan of playing with them but I never had the chance to play with fake ones.

Saline Implants seem to look very "watery" and I would imagine they feel like plastic bags filled with water.

Silicone on the other hand seems to be rather soft and tissue like so that might be a bonus. But as everyone is saying, implants seem to be worse the closer one is looking.
They are great from far and with clothes on. But naked and at closeup they seem to be worse than naturals.

So what are your experiences with the fake ones?

I love fake titties, I think they look better, but as far as feel, yeah most, but not all, fake boobies feel like rocks.  The problem with real tits is that when you take them out of the rapper the big ones go all over the place.  Good fake ones still keep there shape and look nice.

If a women is getting fake ones I think the biggest thing to avoid is getting them too big, they can look really ridiculous.  My girl is going to get them, go from a small B to a full C, I can't wait.

How many of you can say this is not hot?  And yes I know this contradicts my too big statement. :P

The titties you just posted look extremely hot. Such a tease...
But when you feel them and they are like rocks - that must be a turnoff.

I have seen pictures of awful fake ones, big  and small. The big ones can be loopsided and full of these ripples, not nice.
And then I have seen countless pictures of women with implants too small (usually on women with low bodyfat). There is a gap
between the titties bigger than the titties themselves...

BUT - they can also be extremely sexy and the picture you posted is an example of ones I would really like to rip out of the dress.

I hope that your girls gets them really great and I think as her proud boyfriend you would like to show them to us?

#3 When i train i do train chest (just in a cardio mode right now and that's why i said "when i train")

#4 I've got 3 more years to go (good thing my surgeon is and will be practicing still at that time)

#5 IT HURT SOOOOOOOOOO BAD...worse than child birth and i thought that shit hurt.

I hope your next operation is really not as painfull as the one before. I think they form pockets under the muscle and now that you have them it should
