Both look good. Moose has a bit more as far as conditioning, Kyomu has a better lat spread.  Could go either war. Conditioning or back has been a deciding factor for Mr. O's in the past......

Not since 1990 hip and knee replacement, only very light, do the best I can, pretty good match for my slight upper body

You look very good, impressive!

But I wonder how you got all those injuries and medical problems? Your hip, knee and shoulders have all had surgery? I'm tempted to ask how your elbows are doing  :)?

I'm in my late 30s myself and feel nagging injuries getting worse (shoulder and knees, previously elbows- but they are ok now), so it would be interesting to hear your opinions on injury causes and prevention.

I must say, cool duck, that I have NEVER been injured lifting in ANY way.

Not even a mild sprain, after about 30 years.

I have had severe car accidents (one in which I was in a coma for a time); got hit by cars while on my bicycle twice), and fell out of a tree while trying to get my cat. All of these have led to a littany of injuries.

I broke an elbow, but that resolved and have not had any subsequent elbow problems.

Watch your shouylders, I feel that is, after the spine, the worst area to injure.

Hey Kyomu, I must say, you and I have the same taste in skimpy spandex shorts...my girlfriend saw your pic and mentioned this....SHE thinks you can take me in some poses.

I said...

SO!

You traitor.

Now, SHE must be the one to scan the 7 mandatories later that I will use to battle you.

It is ON!

Thanks for clearing that up. I guess you tore the rotator-cuffs from falling/being hit on you shoulders then?

Both have good physique's but I like Kyomu's look better, it looks more powerful, bigger legs, stronger back.....Moosejay has great abs, but he has a more fragile looking physique.

MOOSEY the only thing kymou has on u now/then is leg thickness, but he truly never got dry enough like u so conditioning wise its yours.and he has thickish liik, paper thin skin genetically he will not attain, unless he uses extreme agents, clen, thyroid, diuretics ect....
