  It is a travesty that Ronnie won the 1999 Olympia. He deserved to win in 1998, but not 1999. Flex was fuller, bigger and in slightly better conditioning in 1999 than in the previous year, while Ronnie had lost that crips conditioning he had the previous year. But Wheeler looked his best ever at the 1993 Ironman and not at any Olympia presentation or even at the Arnold.
