I just gotta be careful up top.  When gel clumps it, it gets heavy and falls, lets the scap thru.  I was onstage there at the tampa pro... bright ass lights still on.   Hopefully, if I can keep most of it il age 32, I can keep most of it forever.

I seriously fear the day I have to shave it.  My dad shaves it, my brother shaves it.  I'm fighting.  Obviously the hairline is coming back, but no bald spot, and yeah, starting to thin a bit up top.  This it how it'll usually look, not all gelled down as it was at the Tampa pro

I've had a huge forehead my whole life.  Makes me look like I'm receding and the last couple years it has a bit in the corners.  I don't think I'll be bald though.  And I keep considering transplantation but I doubt I'll do it until a cool 8 grand is merely change to me.

Idk.  So far I like every year better than the last.  But I had a shitty childhood so that's inevitable.  I think I'll like being 30.

my brother turned 30 today.  I called and wished him happy birthday.  He doesn't lift, smokes, works hard labor... sounded 20 years older than me.

Getting old is certainly easy.  At 32, it's easy to make money, it's easy to get girls (well, when single), it's easy to do what you want to do.  At 22, it was a lot harder.

You gotta deal with things like going bald and watching cholesterol and checking lumps, etc... but yeah, if you take care of yourself and plan long-term, things are way easier as you age.

That's too bad for him.. I think 30 has a LOT to offer.  You're still young enough to do crazy shit sometimes but you're also smart enough to keep your ducks in a row.

Judging by how much better being 24 is than being 19 or 20 I can only imagine how things might be at 28, 35, 45.

Being 45 in good health with a nice pile of $... probably a very good spot to be.  You can snag the gold diggin' 18 year olds just as easily as the 34 year olf MILFs, you're set financially, you are wise...

I tired eating good for the weekend. They had a great menu at the hotel, clean, no salt, butter, excellent for the competitors.  And  I did great Friday, for breakfast, lunch and dinner until late evening, when Bob Chick, Dan Solomon, and others decided to get some dessert. I couldn't help it. The Chocolate Lava cake was just too good. I blame Bob!

As for the bodybuilding.com Tiger Woods polo shirt, it looked good, and I take pics for them too (you will see my pics from this weekend there).  But I also wore  an American Bodybuilding shirt, a Muscletech shirt, and a BSN shirt too.  I guess I should get some Getbig shirts done...

As for 240, hell, I respect the people who actualyl come to support an expo and contest, unless the ones who complain all of the time. Rob drove the two hours to come down, meet people, and actually introduce himself, whereas others hide.

I never understand why some of you think you need to be a bodybuilder to be a fan or come to an expo or show? Strange. Never see that in baseball, football, basketball or any other sport.

Great point here Ron about NON hardcore bodybuilders going to bodybuilding type expos and events.
I enjoy going to Minor Lague Baseball games a few times a yr. I have not played since little league and sucked even then hehe. Same with music , I have no musical talent and the only instrumnet I can play is "the butt trumpet", but I still love hearing music and going to concerts.
The Arnold weekend is the one BIG exception to this rule. People from all walks of life go the expo and various events at the Arnold. This to me is "proof" that bodybuilding can draw a good crowd.
