Erik is  very disciplined in all areas of his life.  Put simply he makes time.  Time for family, training and 'real' work!

This industry needs to take a good long look at itself.  Erik could be used as a 'bench mark' for where this sport 'should' be heading! 

All current Pros must be able to prove that they earn a 'legal' income before they can register with the IFBB.  They must show legitimate tax receipts. 

Erik earns a legitimate living!  And so should all the other Pros....The corruption, dealing and pornography that is endemic to the sport must be railed in! This is a start!

Keep flying the flag for truth and honesty Erik!  And yes, maybe one day we can make this so-called sport legitimate!

One word describes Erik; HUMBLE.

Sure, Erik loves the iron-game but it is 'family' that brings warmth to this big guys heart!

Erik shares a very close friendship with Flex.  I think Flex is a calming influence on him.  They both have much in common.  They both share a deep commitment to faith and family.

'The House' is a truly amazing athlete.  He manages to balance the pressures of family with the demands of being a professional athlete.

He has maintained his humility and sense of humour.  Yes,  Big Erik is truly the 'people's champion'.

Only now do i understand why 'the house' is arguably the most 'respected and admired'  of the Pro's today. 

Yes, of the current crop of Pros on the circuit at present, Erik stands head and shoulders above them all. He is intelligent, witty and brings a unique charm not witnessed since Arnold graced the stage all those years ago.
