It was a camera phone from some chick that trains there, she had the phone out-I aksed if it had a camer-she said yes, I said take this pic fast. Boom, she took one pic, it was blurry, took a second and when it arrived via email it was 1 inch by 1 inch.

If you train 4,5, 6 days a week, you will speak to everyone who is in there on a regular basis-even if just to say "hey, how's it going".

If you have been going to the gym for a year and don't know anyone, not even to say hello, then you must only go once a month.
