for back I work out with weights lol
it was my worst bodypart because all I got was an arm pump
I then dropped the weight and started using the arms as only hooks and stretched the lats and let the weight pop out the scapula and walla that was my first back pump I read it in a magazine article and that first day I tried it, was totally pumped
