Thanks guys  Yeah i was pretty pleased with the legs this time round, been hitt'n twice a week for about 2 years now (one heavy, one light high reps"300 reps total at 270lbs on the leg press") Still not cutler quads but a work in progress lol  |

you got a great platform there to work from popeye now build some more mass in yor chest and shoulders to take away from your waist which is thick but only due to muscle i can see that. i suggest wide grip on the hammer machine and lots of decline dumbell presses. let me know if this helps |

Not 2 sure when the next show is yet, staying pretty lean right now- wanna look half decent when i go to the Classic in march, never know what contacts i might make. After the classic i plan on bulking up for a bit then will see what comps are coming up, maybe shoot for something around Aug...
