A determination and discpline of Iron; Went from 192 to ~160 within a couple of weeks, all natural, all diet, all focus and keeping his eyes on the ball.

GodSpeed Steelboy. You will do well and have one of the strongest base I've seen in years.

haha, thanx alex. Its been quite the journey.

And I have disgusted to thank for it all. He took me from a skinny fat 198lbs to a skinny ripped with a little bit of muscle left over 160 :) ............Ive learned a ton from the guy, and he did this to me as a favour, because after this year he's taking some time off from prepping people as he's been doing this for over 20 years.

My show is in 10 days, and I cant wait. Ive always said I wanted to do a bodybuilding show, but never had the balls to diet down. I finally did it, and im glad that I did it. Its one of the most challenging things ive ever done.

After this show, I cant wait to put on some much needed muscle, as Disgusted and myself already have a plan devised, and hopefully next time I step on stage it'll be with alot more muscle than I have right now and still have my sub 27 inch waist :)

Thanks for all the support on the positive board, its meant alot.

Ill post some pics up when I can.

Stop saying you're skinny; 160 at your height isn't that small; you just have a very broad frame.

next rev when you fill up a little more, will look pretty bad ass.

yea disgusted was saying im not even halfway close to my genetic potential, he says there is TONS of room to grow on my frame.

And I think im going to find out how far I can go :)
