whole wheat chicken wrap w/ lettuce tomatoe mustard advocode...good to eat every day??
or does the whole wheat wrap have bad stuff in it u think?

It's good, I would think. But if your dieting for a show. You dont eat anything processed.  Just keep in mind. You are what you eat. And train to the Extreme. Peace out
