Since i met tons of +90kg with my height in the contest, I dont feel like.
If I do, I have confidence to be like them.... But hey what for? There are bunch of bbers of that level and one more asian guy?
And when they stop it, they shrink a lot......
Paco always say "Its all yours".  I see myself more value with +80kg natural than +90kg.
Cus, there are really few people can be +80kg with my height.

I almost never seen a BIG guy at my height  ;D

Well thats true if your on ALL the time like pros.
But if you do a 12 week cycle you will probably keep 85+% of the gains.
Especially with pacos help.

No, im talking regular life, not an IFBB pro.

No drugs, just natural but low bodyfat. 80-85 kg ripped is opti at that height.

Dominating Kicki's, Bäckahästen and Golden Hits in one evening etc.

Maybe blue tranks guy is near from my height.
Cus center guy was my ex-trainer and his height is 163cm around.

Last year yes. He was around 95kg and he was in decent shape.
But,before, he used to get fat a lot and went up like 110kg. And went down to 83kg waterly physic.
So nobody shouldnt be fat before the preparation..
