It was Conan the destroyer! something not many people know is that the last 10 mins of the movie he is 6  pounds heavier at same BF than the previous entire movie.... i wish i could get footage of him training he was heavier than 1980 Mr.O and looks around 230 pounds! if u have the movie just look at the part where he fights the monster at the end he looks bigger than the entire line up of the mr.O that year !!!!!

In "Barbarian" Arnold was very smooth - In "Destroyer" he was MUCH leaner but only 215 Pounds (according to a 1980's interview with him). I do think that the 2 year period he did Destroyer/Commando/Red Heat/Twins was his best POST competitive shape.

He was well over 225 in the fall of 1983 for Conan 2......In Predator he really was 215 and so dehydrated that he had to got to a hospital to get checked !

Director of Conan Destroyer Richard Fleischer pulled Arnold aside and said "this is a little difficult to say,but could you put on more muscles?  Arnold laughed..and went to add over 10 pounds over 2 months prior the shooting.

unless it was digitally enhanced  ::) , terminator 3 was his best body shape.  he wasn't as big as conan but he was much more asthetic.  the girl robot in the movie was the hottest cyborg i've ever seen.

One of the most freaky shots of Arnie on Conan The Destroyer is where he lifts the big door open and you can see all his muscles in his arms and back literally popping out everywhere.

Rae Dawn Chong's dreadful acting let Commando down. She made Arnold look like Brando.
