I must be the only person on the board who wants to see this fight.  This fight will show everyone how improved Manny is.  Manny used to be a wild head hunter with dynamite hands but now he is a complete fighter, he can exploit holes in his opponents like no one else out there is doing right now.  I want to see Manny fight Floyd after this.

zero interest in this fight. again..this is all about $$$...and this is the only reason this fight is even happening. Won't define oscar as great or anything if he goes ahead and dispatches of this smaller guy (which he will)

DLH is a fraud.  This is like Wladimir Klitschko fighting a super middleweight.

Agree with the poster who said he should fight Margarito. Especially after getting called out, which is expected of course, by Margarito. The chance to see up-and-comer Mexican fighter versus basically a legendary Mexican fighter would be the greatest matchup for DLH.

I really think that DLH knows in his heart that he has a very, very slim chance of not getting KTFO by Margarito, and his better chance is to fight a highly undersized fighter is Pacquiao.

DLH has not been a top level fighter in about 6 or 7 years, he is just living on the fact that he is well known more on his looks and less on his current ability.

Ali, Leonard, Duran these guys would have wanted the biggest challenge even at the age of 35. De la Hoya was going around talking about fighting some of these high level Welters but I guess it was really all talk.

De La Hoyas biggest challenge is not a fighter who is basically out weighed by 15 plus pounds.

This is all about money, plain and simple.
