Favorite Music?

Just wanted to know what everyone out there listens too while they are training? Personnaly I like just about any heavy metal. My favi=orite is prob Disturbed though

I never listen to music. I find music more of a distraction than anything when working out.

I focus better without it. Ive always had the ability to kinda get myself "in the zone".

I'm very much a self motivated person. I don't need anything to get me pumped. I just focus on what i gotta do, and i'm pumped.

For me it is not the music itself, although it does help at times, but the fact that with my earbuds in all the other bullshit sounds and lame ass music the gym plays is blocked out.

sometimes i just listen to the music that we play in the gym b/c they let you play whatever the fuck you want, but when you get in thier with some1 who plays britney spears when they workout, mp3 players are the shit.

I'll listen to the ipod when im doing cardio b/c its so F'un boring. But when Im lifting, nothing.

When i do listen, its usually The Pogues
