I didn't recognize him until I read the caption that goes with the photo.... here's a clue: He's 58 years old.

I'm pretty sure that's Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill). $:-\$
He was also very good in "The Big Red One".

Judging by that photo, he could have been the model for the Chucky doll in "Childs Play."
