Tri-cep surgery
« on: September 10, 2008, 11:22:08 PM »
I had my triceps reattachment surgery a month ago and I trained arms yesterday for the first time.  Felt so good to be back in the gym.  I lost so much during my layoff.

Straight bar curls 3X15 60lbs.
Alternate curls 3X25 25lbs.
Hammer curls 3x15 25lbs.
Cable curls 3x20 65lbs.

Big azz weights I know, lol.

Funny thing is my right (good) arm is so sore I cant even straighten it out, lol.  I was wondering is this way to early to hit the weight again.  Anyone have any experience with a torn triceps.  I emailed Branch and got no reply but Marcus Haley did call me and wish me words of encouragement to get threw this shit..  Thanks for any advice you may have.
