Melvin looks great in the front double bicep and front lat spread Calf length the only issue for top honers (A/C, OLYMPIA) good V taper on him.

The things that need changing are irreversible, he lat is gone and has turned into a Missing Vein refuge, his legs only get smaller and smaller with each passing year, and his arms are barely there .. |

He probably did squats but on the smith machine doing quarter reps with 5 spotters. |

Yeah Disgusted did a good job, esp when you look at what shari looked like at the ironman, and knowing (from what they tell us) that they didnt use direurtics or insulin this time..... but its a pro stage... improvement or not, there were alot of dudes that were just more complete than King, 6 is a gift... |

they're not judging on calves, but it's pretty obvious that the other guys with poor calves already have a better overall package than King's. King should consider this 6th place his early Christmas gift. |

Why? how were there overall packages better?? King was the hardest, driest guy on stage, and OWNED everyone from the back. His RLS and back double bicep killed everyone. His glutes were shredded, his hams were ripped, and his lower back was lean as can be. From the front he needs more quad sweep and a lil' more seperation in his thighs, his waist is a tad bigger, but its much improved. Tell me how Melvin was overall better, when his butt was soft, he was not hard at all, and he has no calves or back width??? Or better yet, Joel Stubbs, who is missing half of his body ( His legs are toothpicks ) place 5th in a bodybuilding show? |

Melvin is the most overrated pro in the business, lives off hype, small, soft, narrow, lives off the "pretty black physique" and small waist bullshit. |
