...for what it's worth, I think you're wasting your time, $, and probably gonna do more harm than good. Perhaps, you'll just have to learn the hard way...better yet, I doubt you'll learn anything if you're this impatient...you're 19 yrs old and have absolutely no business fuckin round with this shit.
My suggestion- get rid of that shit immediately and follow a consistent weight training program and learn as much as you can about dieting properly and healthy. Slow everything down and devote yourself to making changes in your physique by natural means. This will be a much more rewarding experience than being a test tubed, guinnie-pigged, lab experiment. There's no honor or dignity in knowing that your body is ALL FAKE and will wither away when you stop using. In my opinion, only a desperate, rather pathetic, person resorts to this behavior.
