Well it was in an "In The Trenches" training video on MD. PJ Braun(an NPC competitor) was training legs with Ben Pakulski, and they were going pretty heavy on squats and PJ said that you had watched them squat. They also say that the video was filmed over a year and a half ago, not last month like jtsunami is claiming.

In the vid you're nowhere to be seen though(the footage is all one take), so i'm guessing it was just something like you walking in the gym and looking over at them... or you resting between sets or something.

jtsunami is exaggerating it a bit.

Hey, just wanted to give you guys an update...I was at Golds today, and watched as some girl was signing in at the front desk....also watched some guy doing curls as I rounded the corner to the second room....I watched as a trainer was instructing his client on how to do a proper DB fly as well.

Im calling BS on this.
