All the Arnold lovers seem to forget that the forearms are also part of the arm's appearance.Arnolds were not that great, but Sergio's were very good.
My pick would be Sergio.

Nice comparison there, Sergio was in great condation at the 1973 Mr International i have a couple of rare ones from that day ill dig out, Arnold in 1973 was in increadible shape at the olympia and i beleave Sergio would have had to be in his 1972 shape with another 5-6LBS of quality muscle to have a chance against Arnold at the 73 OLYMPIA.

Both had incredible arms, although I would say that Oliva has superior shape to his triceps as well as better proportions between biceps, triceps and forearms. Arnold's biceps had superior shape to Oliva's, but overpowered his triceps in my opinion.

I'd have to agree. However, Sergio's height and length of his arms were a limiting factor. Arthur Jones even said Sergio had a legit 21 inch arm flexed but he could only squeeze and peak his bicep so much before his forearm got in the way. Arnold never had that problem because he had longer arms i.e. when he flexed his bicep all the way he still had almost an inch between his elbow joint and his bicep muscle, Sergio's bicep goes right up to his elbow joint. But lb for lb Sergio biceps were much bigger. Arnold NEVER had 21 inch arms.
