Shit I only just noticed that he's holding a camera, when I first saw it I thought he had his head in his hands and crying haha.  Makes sense now.

Sergio had one hell of a structure and some super freaky arms. Arnold, if anyone, is able to match him on almost every front. Here's a couple of relaxed shots of The Austrian Oak's guns.

So did his left. ;)

Last two pics are Sergio at the 1985 Mr Olympia (8th place), and Arnold at 19 years old winning the 1967 NABBA Amateur Mr Universe title.

I'd have to agree.  However, Sergio's height and length of his arms were a limiting factor.  Arthur Jones even said Sergio had a legit 21 inch arm flexed but he could only squeeze and peak his bicep so much before his forearm got in the way.  Arnold never had that problem because he had longer arms i.e. when he flexed his bicep all the way he still had almost an inch between his elbow joint and his bicep muscle, Sergio's bicep goes right up to his elbow joint.  But lb for lb Sergio biceps were much bigger.  Arnold NEVER had 21 inch arms.

bwhaahahah "he couldn't flex any further because of the forearms" lol. They both had about the same size arms, regardless of what Jones measured or not. Sergio's might've looked bigger to some because his frame was smaller, but in absolute size nah, they were always close.

Heres a pic not seen too often of SERGIO at the 73 International..

That's the show in which Schwarzenegger refused to come out of the crowd to accept Oliva's challenge in a relatively neutral contest, sitting with Weider. Instead Columbu went up.

This is a great shot of Sergio's arms. The raised arm shows incredible triceps detail; rock hard and a striated outer head. The separation between the long head and outer head is impressive. This was taken in the early '80's when conditioning was improving and Sergio moved on with the times.

Hmmmm...it's a VERY tough call for me. Sergio's arms were just ridiculous with size/mass (awesome!), but Arnold's arms had a "beauty" to them, if you will.

If I had to choose, I'd probably give it to Arnold - by a hair!

Yeah Sergio was quiet shredded there for the time (1980-81) one thing thats not mentioned alot are Sergios legs, his hamstrings were ahead of his time (when he choose to get into shape) heres another pic of Sergio with impressive quads at the 1973 International...
