A week in the dungeon.

Some awesome tips on form.....Dorian tears apart Mark's form especially on the back excersises.
Great tips...u can REALLY learn from this...Great info on pre-exhasut, stretching etc...

Mark can only handle half the weight the usually uses because of the emaculate form used.

One of the interesting points Dorian makes is that static contraction is stronger than positive contraction.....so if u do a dumbell row and u cant hold it at the static top position....then u used momentum instead of muscle contraction
