X-rays, diagnosis, then resolution.

Exercising anymore during this time is more than likely counter-productive.

ruptured L4 or L5.  I have the same thing

Could be L5 S1, only took me 4 yrs to get over it, so don't worry about it.

When im coming up with the weight i have a shooting pain about half way down my back on the right.
Any ideas what it is and how to sort it?
Thanks chaps

Warm up first perhaps is a good idea I think. Today warmed up on stationary bike, then leg extensions, semi stiff dead lifts, and then I started my squats. I Always do much better when I make my leg workouts like that.

Shhoting pain is bad. Stop

Does it travel down your leg? Sciatica perhaps?
