Looking at the shots I say Phil slightly edged out Dexter. But it was really really close so Dexter winning is cool.

lift great pics,darrem charles is looking lumpy,and worn.legs are shredded but smallish.how does johnnie j legs squat so much without great mass and density to them.heath looks unreal almost complete to road to mr o,dex is only slightly if that better.david henry was real good just a bit off from last few shows probably a bit off peak due to all shows in a row.dj pecs up mro midsection down so-so.rockel i don't get how they judge him he is packed with great muscle and shape top to bottom he will never get super hard and dry but so what he is great.

on the second night jay was clearly the best guy on stage. the biggest and his conditioning was excellent. should win you an olympia.
Jay winning?! Have you seen his back? How about his horrible front lat spread? His poor symmetry (left vs right sides)?   Jay should have been 4th. |

I think Dexs veteran status had a little to do with it too. VERY close but I am very glad for Dex. Great to put some of this mass for mass sake back to where it should be. Now this is back to why I got into BB in the first place and get alway from the freak show. We can all dream... |

6th Silvio just to small to get any higher
5th Heath goes missing in the rear lat spread, in the running till this pose, can win the show if he can improve width and thickness or at least in appearnace.
4th Wolfe Big excellent taper loses his flow standing relaxed to the rear with his high calves and high lat insertions can win the Olympia but will have to go the way of being bigger and the best conditioned on stage to overcome his structural flaws, can be done.
3rd Toney Just a great look was dry and full, just wasn't thick enough for the judging criteria, but has the best looking body in the show.
2nd Jay Jay is so big and thick for his height its actually hurting him, simply wasn't hard through his back especially his lower back
1st Dexter Dexter was dexter, infact you could say hes been better before than he was tonight, just no obvious weak points okay calves are down a touch, but his body was conditioned in all places, his lower lat, lower back area was particularly well conditioned in comparison to the other guys, with the exception of freeman and Silvio. Deserved to win.

Excellent! Tony in 5th was actually the biggest joke of the show. But they wont put him ahead of Phil esp...given it's hard to sell the reverse down the road that Phil is better than him. IFBB is very good at slotting guys into certain positions behind other guys. 2009 Lineup Here's one here: If the yr has helped Ronnie and he is on...in which being dry will be more important than size for him now...will Phil place against his mature muscles? As noted...where is the back with going to come from? Same structure posterior as Flex |

not entirely accurate to use this. It adjusts the pics of each guy to show them at the same height which is not correct. Dexter is not as tall as Dennis, but when you adjust the pic size to show them at the same height....
This is a waste of time.
i disagree. this is the way it should be shown. it allows for the adjustment of size to show proportion. also, as far as im aware, the most muscular is not a scoring pose for comparison, or compulsory. |

Freeman have a very good structure, both Dex and
Toney will be too old soon.
Rockel and Dex have almost the same weight, height, same conditioning,
quite similar stats overall with Dex having smaller calves but bigger arms.
I would like to see them compared side by side some day.
The judges will probably never compare them before
one of them retires.

I'm really glad Dex won: finally the judges have woken up and revisited the basics, recalling what this sport was orginally about. Hopefully the era of the big-gut freaks is gone for good.
Heath looked brilliant too, maybe even beating Dex on few direct comparisons.
Jay a definite no no....
