The Cleveland Clinic already puts patient results & records online for patients and other health professionals to access in a program called 'My chart', its actually very successful.  The issue is keeping confidentiality but so far this has not been an issue because it was addressed as a serious concern from the start.  So....you can dump your 'online records' sarcasm.

I thought McCain did better in this debate.  Unfortunately, the questions were pretty much the same and we didn't hear too many new topics or discussion.  Both men were good IMO but McCain had the edge in this one as Obama had the edge in the 1st debate.  I don't see any game changers here though.  Many people will vote for the change party/candidate because of the failures of the current administration and the current economic hardships.  There are multi-factorial reasons for the failures and faults on both sides but many voters will lean toward the non-incumbant party in these times even if they don't have a good grasp of the issues.  We are seeing this now.

Debate Moves Undecided Voters
Democracy Corps had a focus group of undecided voters in Nevada watch last night's debate:

"Unlike the first debate, when Democracy Corps research showed half the voters remaining undecided and the two candidates splitting the other half, the vote following the second debate showed a decisive shift toward Senator Obama. This debate was a clear victory for Obama who made major gains not just in the vote but also on personal favorability and key attributes like 'has what it takes to be President,' which ultimately drove undecided voters into his column."

In addition, Fox News and CNN focus groups of uncommitted voters also said Obama won.

I have little doubts now that Obama will win.  He is very presidential, regardless of my agreements & disagreements with his proposed policies.  I just hope he can be as moderate as possible and refrain from as many socialistic ideas as possible as has not been his professional history.

McCain did horrible and even Fox News agrees of all people.  The comment...."THAT ONE" is getting a lot of airplay on all stations and its going to look bad.

If that wasn't bad, they are also playing the end where Obama extended his hand and McCain refused to shake it.
