He will be, no doubt but it's not likely to happen next year. Even Phil said it himself when I spoke to him at this year O. He knows that he is still considered "a new kid on the block" comparing to other guys that have been competing for years. Unless Dex is out of the game next year, he will not get a crown. Vic has the best physique right now, IMO, but we all know that he's fucked himself with the whole drug dealing legal issues. Unless there are major changes in the IFBB judging seating and politics, Vic will never get his deserved win, too bad. Phil pretty much has it, 2010 should be his year...

The difference in conditioning here is staggering. Both are separated, but heath is SOFT compared to Levrone. Levrone has density and dryness that Heath may never achieve.

BUT its pretty close to a discerning eye.arms are almost identical,delts like pumpkins,how the hell does kev lose all that size other than the obvious of taken anabolics out of the equation.
