Ron Harris Book Signing - This Sunday

My first book signing this Sunday

I will be doing the first signing for my book, "Real Bodybuilding," this Sunday at the NPC Mass State/New Hampshire State/Northeast Tournament of Champions.

And, I will also be cheering on my wife Janet, aka The Cuban Missile, as she tries to go two for two. This past Saturday she won her first Overall at the NPC Junior New England.

hahahaha, it was a toss up between that title and "PRESSES TO THE TOP OF THE HEAD ON THE SMITH MACHINE WITH 250 FOLLOWED BY 5 MINUTES OF POSING AFTER THE SET AND THEN DISABLING THE COMMENTS FUNCTION ON YOUTUBE TO DISCOURAGE THE HATERS". ;D

"Pazuzu" is a good dude and his wife is very pretty although some of his lifts are "questionable".
