How do you guys feel about this product? I know that it has been around for a long time and may not have all of the "up to date" ingredients but it seems to still be popular. It does contain the mythical 4-1 carb to protein ratio, which is supposed to be good. I was thinking about combining it, along with good ol' creatine mono as a PWO shake. Let me know what you guys think..
