Pegg Hahaha am I allowed to call you fat now since I weigh less then you???? Hahahahaha!!!! Right at 300 soon to be sub 300.

As for arms they were as big as 24 but pretty fat, now they are like 22ish but still kind of fat :)

no youre not. i cant handle the emotional trauma.  Also, my weight is on the way down, 304.0 this morning. I weighed 325 at the meet in august.  If I was 5'4 like you are i would try to get to 242 as well, but Im thinking 260-270 probably.

I'm going all the way to 240 by July that is my goal.
My size 40's are hanging on me but 38's are to tight.

15.5" cold, close to 17" pumped. I don't eat much more than a couple hundred carbs each day, usually around post workout so I'm pretty depleted most of the time. It's such a tease to have my arms grow so humongous in the gym but be so pinner outside.

I used to be afraid of being labeled as an arm warrior so I did no direct work for years, thinking I was so hardcore for never training arms. Now I feel like they're my worst bodypart. Triceps at least... biceps grow like weeds but I'm working hard on it. They were about 16.25-16.5" last year cold but I got really sick and lost like 30lbs. Felt like committing suicide lol
