15.5" cold, close to 17" pumped. I don't eat much more than a couple hundred carbs each day, usually around post workout so I'm pretty depleted most of the time. It's such a tease to have my arms grow so humongous in the gym but be so pinner outside.
I used to be afraid of being labeled as an arm warrior so I did no direct work for years, thinking I was so hardcore for never training arms. Now I feel like they're my worst bodypart. Triceps at least... biceps grow like weeds but I'm working hard on it. They were about 16.25-16.5" last year cold but I got really sick and lost like 30lbs. Felt like committing suicide lol
