Bodyweight 198lbs

Squat 468.5lbs in a original fabric V squater
Bench 365 in a Katana
Deadlift 496lbs again in a V squater.

Dont know what my raw max's are. Cant bench shit right now because of a bad shoulder. Raw is probably sitting at about 410 squat and 480 deadlift.

Squat depth, for the misinformed, is when the top of your hip goes below your knee. This half rep shit is how people get hurt.

I didn't train last week because I had a golf tourney this weekend. I don't train the week of a golf tourney.

Squat:   335 lbs
Deadlift: 405 lbs

I know the squat is kind of sad, but when you're tall it's a long way down when you're squatting...lol

When I played football in high school senior year @ 235lbs

Bench- 365
Squat- 405 for 2
Deadlift - 425

Haven't lifted heavy like that in a long time though. I do more volume training now, when I go heavier its never under 8 reps anymore
