They both should.  No way is Shawn comes back.  He was obsessed with one thing and that was winning the O. he'd have a good chance to win the open at the Arnold or atleast place top 3-4 and make more three times as much as what he'd make winning the under 200.  Haney then Dorian then Ronnie and arguably should have won an O or two.  If he said Olympia or regular class at the Arnold I might believe him.  Hope i'm wrong though would be great to see him and Kev back onstage
