The quest for size is over.

If you respond well to juice, attaining massive size isn't difficult ... if you're willing to use in large amounts, work out consistently and eat on a reasonable schedule, of course.

And if you build muscle in a reasonably aesthetic way and are willing to diet, winning bodybuilding contests isn't tough, either.

In many ways "the sport" of bodybuilding has lost its wonder in the new millenium.
