btw, great lines and structure.....in 5-6 years you'll be in your absolute prime....that's going to be something to see

I'd keep snapping  / videoing away dude, tracking your progress...........in 20-30 years you'll want to look back at how good you once looked....keep at it

Ok, fucker, that is one hard work out. I tried it on Saturday and it kicked my ass!!! High reps are hard, I felt really winded, maybe I need to start doing some cardio. I did not even come close to finishing the lunges, down and back once and I was done. Felt like I did something tho, nice to mix things up.

Not dangerous at all if you use a weight you can control. One of the best all around leg exercises there are... Victor would agree.

Victor Martinez got injured playing football in high school. He said the patella tendon would eventually fully tear because it was already partly detatched. Victor wanted to wait until it fully detatched as opposed to going to the surgeon and having him do it. It was inevitable and the lunges had nothing to do with it. It wasn't even a work set.
