Get ready for your candidate to be violently reamed at the ballot box on the 4th

I have come to terms with it, I hope he does a good job. He seems like a decent man, just not into the whole celebrity endorsement bullshit or his questionable relationships. We'll see how he does.

I personally dislike decker, ozmo and hugo. I cant stand Jaguar and 240 makes me want to vomit all over the constitution. However, I respect all of these individuals (even if I dont show it at all) because dissent and disagreement is what makes America the greatest nation on earth. I am happy people like you exist (even though I dislike you and disagree with your views) because you force me to justify my positions. Without you, there is no need for me. Therefore, I thank every one of you guys. Biased, wrong, as you may be; you are still my countrymen, and for better or worse, we are stuck with one another. We can hate eachother tommorow, the next day and forever, but.... In the name of this great nation, I propose we all love America equally (albeit in our own way). I call a truce. I hate you all, but I respect you, I understand you, and I am resigned to the fact that none of us are going anywhere. If theres one thing I love my country about its this-- As comfortable as any of us may be, we all love our country. Just in our own way.

How sweet - well i guess i can say it: I hate you too!

ehh- some people may flame me for being amicable, but screw it, I can care less. Maybe I am immature emotionally, but its difficult for me not to personally dislike people who disagree with things I feel very passionately about. In that same vein, I don't think thats a bad thing, as long as you respect your adversary and understand where they are coming from. I am sure many of you feel the same way. We all filter our reality through our personal views which are predicated by our experiences. As a result,  its normal to take disagreements on certain issues personally (especially about political stuff).

In the end though, we all need to exist together. Socialists and capitalists, Liberals with Conservatives and so on. Without the freedom to express ourselves and defend our positions, we would live in a world devoid of debate and progress. Without argument, life would be boring, predictable and in the hands of the powers that be, instead of with the people where it belongs.
